When did your passion for throwing fabulous events begin?
"My passion for events started with an internship at Sony Music in the publicity department when I was a senior in college. I assisted with publicity events for artists such as Earth Wind & Fire & Harry Connick, Jr. That experience combined with being an obsessively organized, detail-oriented person with a love for entertaining, made event planning a natural choice for me. I have many years of New York City experience, including Assistant Director of Event & Conference Services at the American Museum of Natural History.
I have organized and executed events in venues such as the Waldorf Astoria, the Maritime Aquarium in South Norwalk, the Inn at Longshore in Westport and private homes throughout Fairfield County." While you worked at the American Museum of Natural History, I understand you did some events with Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson?
"I worked with Neil when he first came on-board at the Hayden Planetarium in NYC. I planned some of his first fundraising events. I thought he was exciting, charismatic, a super nice guy and of course brilliant. I tremendously enjoyed working with him and am grateful I had that opportunity."
Why Are you based out of Fairfield County, Connecticut?
"I have been Fairfield County based for approximately 18 years and feel blessed to live in this beautiful area of the country. We are lucky to have so many great venues and talented vendors for special events. Another key market I work in is Westchester County. I can help clients narrow down the choices and chose the best selections for their particular event."

Gayle was chair of our school committee. In that role she coordinated many events and directly chaired several of them. They were fabulous! She created a vibe that made people happy and got them to interact with one another. Everyone enjoyed each event, and the flow was perfect!

Gayle assisted me with my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I needed her at the event site to set-up the decorations and oversee the vendors, including the caterer. She also coordinated a brunch for me at my home the next day. She supervised the caterer and the set-up for me that day so I could relax and enjoy my guests. She is reliable, creative, and a wonderful addition to my party needs!
What Went Well:
Gayle was extremely organized and professional. The B'nai Mitzvah set-up had a tight time schedule and she had everything ready on time. She was very responsive and everything went very smoothly.
I would highly recommend Gayle for all your event planning needs.
