in Harbor Point - Stamford.

Paloma is a latin cuisine restaurant,
located in a modern hip building, overlooking the Rippowam River
offering fantastic sunsets
while you dine and sip inspired cocktails.  

It is very rare to have tasty cuisine, clever cocktails, attentive service, stylistic decor and a fabulous water view at a restaurant.

​Paloma delivers all of that! 

​Alex Rosado is the executive chef.

Originally from Puerto Rico, his passion for creative cuisine, led    Alex to attend the Atlanta’s School of Culinary Arts.  

Before coming to Paloma, Alex was the Chef de Cuisine for The Carribbean Grill at the Ritz Carlton in San Juan,  the Biltmore Hotel in Miami, Florida, and the Executive Chef of Little Palm Island in Little Torch Key, Florida.  

Alex has received numerous awards including a
“Best Chefs of America”
honor bestowed to him by his fellow chefs.

This is the wonderful outside eating area.  There is similar outside seating on the second floor.

One of my friends, Craig, thoroughly enjoyed the
Faroe Island Salmon Paella
wild mushrooms
piquillo peppers
mussels 

Craig is quite the chef himself, and also expressed how impressed he was with the cuisine, waterside location, ambience and service.

made of Chinaco Silver Tequila,
Grand Marnier,
House Orange Tincture,
Lime &
Hibiscus Nectar

Very fresh tasting
(a Margarita must)
that paired deliciously with my

Swordfish "A la Plancha"
Smoked Passionfruit Butter
"Boulangere" Malanga
Serrano Chiles
