We were thrilled to have the opportunity to talk to one of the owners JoJi Parappalli a native of Karala in India, who later went to culinary school in Switzerland.  

He brings with his team the best of authentic Indian cuisine from many of the regions of this large and fascinating country.  

Overall a very delightful journey through the various expressions
and localities of India's cuisine!
