The gallery full of Geoffrey Johnson city inspired paintings brought to mind so many fabulous memories of NYC.

​took me strolling South on 5th Ave during the Holidays.
The city glowing with lights, warmth and vitality!

Now we are in delightful Bryant Park with its beauty and elegance, surrounded by high rise buildings and next to the gorgeous Beaux-Arts New York Public Library.  

Bryant Park began as the Croton Reservoir, later became drug infested (Needle Park) and now is a delightful break from the midtown
hustle and bustle.

     I always get a feeling of happiness when I walk by and/or enter this lovely burst of nature, which frequently hosts cultural and culinary happenings,
​just steps off 42nd Street.
